In the bending process, we should also pay attention to the bending principle of the center, which is an important precondition for ensuring the accuracy of bending and bending, and it is not allowed to bend at the end of the bending machine. This Angle is not only bad, but also damages the machine.
6.It is not allowed to turn off the power supply during the short break, so that the oil pump can be turned off, and so as to save the electricity bill, so as to eliminate the work of the original starting point, and save time and improve the standing rate.
7.When you finish the product or after work, you need to stop, first we put the die down to the lowest level, then turn off the oil pump and turn off the power. If this batch of products are finished, you must also remove the mold and return it to the rack and return to the operation panel.
