WC67K-63T/2500 NC Press Brake with E300P for Brazilian NR12 Standards

WC67K-40T/1600 Press Brake is equipped with the E300P touchscreen controller, safety relays, one-key release fast clamp, the backgauge automatically controlled X-axis, and manually adjusted R-axis, adjustable stop fingers that can not only move in the left and right direction but also can be fine-adjusted vertically, which ensures the bending accuracy within the controlled range.

A few emergency stop buttons were newly added to the machine, machine will stop after pressing and will need to unscrew the buttons to release it;

The open door power off switch, the machine will stop immediately once open the door; 

The light curtain protection device on the columns, the machine will stop immediately once the curtain is blocked.

Laser protection device, during the fast down period, the slide will pause immediately when the laser is blocked. After reaching the mute point and the slide turns to the working speed, at which time the laser protection device no longer works.

Those above safety devices, excluding interference items, are all required to press the reset button before working again. Comprehensive and complete safety protection devices fully ensure the health and safety of the operators, in line with the Brazilian NR12 equipment standards.
