80T 4000mm metal bending machine with E200P

WC67K series 80T metal bending machine, 4000mm hydraulic press brake machine with E200P. The hydraulic bending machine includes a bracket, a worktable, and a clamping plate. The worktable is placed on the bracket. The worktable is composed of a base and a pressure plate. The base is connected to the clamping plate by a hinge. The base is composed of a seat shell, a coil, and a cover plate. The coil is placed in the recess of the seat shell, and the top of the recess is covered with a cover plate. When in use, the coil is energized by the wire, and after the electricity is energized, a gravitational force is generated on the pressure plate, to realize the clamping of the thin plate between the pressure plate and the base. Due to the use of electromagnetic force clamping, the pressing plate can be made into various workpiece requirements, and the workpiece with sidewalls can be processed.

● The whole welded machine structure achieves high rigidity; the machine is designed by ANSYS software which can ensure the reliability and precision of the press brake.

● The servo motors for back-gauge and ram stroke are controlled by servo driver, which can achieve high positioning accuracy of the back-gauge and can work with high speed.

● X axis (Back-gauge) and Y axis (Ram stroke or cylinder stroke) can be programmed by the controller, which can set the bending angle directly.

● Side and rear metal safety guard meets European safety standard.

● The back-gauge will be equipped with linear guide and ball screw. 

● Hydraulic overload can be protected by overflow valve, System pressure can be regulated by pressure switch easily.

● Foot switch with emergency button can stop the machine immediately when accident happens.
