DSP five-point laser safety protection device complies with CE standards, the safety level reaches CAT Ⅳ, and the protection distance can reach up to 15m. He pointed front, middle, and back three areas. The protection area runs synchronously with the upper mold, which ensures that when the upper slider moves down at high speed, any objects below must first enter the protection area generated by DSP before touching the tooltip, thus preventing work-related injuries. After installing the DSP five-point laser safety protection device, the response time of the bending machine is 5ms, and the speed conversion point is 5mm+stop distance, as shown in the figure. Additional functions include the slow-down masking function and the stop distance detection function.
The DSP five-point laser safety protection device has three modes to choose from, as shown in the figure, and the schematic diagram of its protection area is shown in the figure.
Mode 1: In this operation mode, the laser protection monitoring functions of the front, middle and rear areas displayed in all the icons are in the open state, as shown in the figure.
Mode 2: In this operation mode, all the diagrams show that only 2 points in the middle area are reserved. The laser protection monitoring function is turned on, and the protected area is the bending area, as shown in the figure.
Mode 3: In this operation mode, the monitoring functions of 4 points in the front and middle areas displayed in all the diagrams are turned on, and the protected areas are the operator area and the bending area, as shown in the figure. This mode of operation is suitable for cases where the rear finger will move above the mold.
The general mounting bracket type of the DSP five-point laser safety protection device is shown in the figure, and different brackets can also be customized according to the mechanical structure and application scenarios of the customer's on-site equipment.
If the bending machine is a side-drawing plate or the mold is frequently changed during operation, the front and rear sliding shift brackets can be customized; if the mechanical compensation of the bending machine interferes with the motor, the beam of the bracket can be lengthened, generally to 300 ~ 350mm; if bending The structure of the lower beam of the machine is irregular, and transition blocks and extended beams are required; reversible brackets can also be used according to actual conditions. The custom version bracket is shown in the picture.
For customers who pursue efficiency, if the original speed conversion point itself is set relatively low, such as within 4mm, we use 4mm as a reference. If the DSP five-point laser safety protection device is installed on the lower beam of the bending machine, the efficiency per knife impact is within 0.1s. If it is installed on the upper slider, because the stop distance of the slider itself is added, the impact on the efficiency of each knife is within 0.5s. It can be said that the impact on efficiency is minimal, but the safety factor has reached 100%. , Completely put an end to work-related injuries.
