1. Hydraulic Notching Machine Basic Operation Steps
1)Turn on the machine:
A. Turn the main power switch to the “ON” state;
B. Turn the emergency stop button clockwise to turn it on;
C. Press the start button of the oil pump;
D. Select the switch (jog and single);
E. Adjust the scale according to the angle of cut And lock and put the workpiece;
F. Press the foot switch to cut.
2)Test machine: Be sure to test drive before cutting the angle. Select the selection switch once and step on the foot switch to see if the white steel knife moves up and down normally, otherwise it will cause damage to the tool and the machine. Then run continuously for 1-2 times, and confirm that there is no abnormal noise before working.
3)Gear position confirmation and adjustment: Check whether the gear position is adjusted to the specified position before cutting the angle.
4)Cutting angle:
A. Remove the burrs on the edge of the board before cutting the angle;
B. Close the gear surface when cutting the angle;
C. After the cutting is completed, the remaining material will fall into the remaining material box at the back of the machine (must be cleaned regularly).
5)Shut down: Press and hold the foot switch → press the emergency stop button → turn the main power to the “OFF” state.
2. Safe Operating Procedures
1)Strictly abide by the safety operation regulations and wear labor protection articles according to regulations;
2)Do not place all tools and debris on the workbench. The site should maintain sufficient space;
3)When operating, do not put your hand on the cutting edge. Do not touch the foot button when looking at the line or taking the workpiece to avoid work accidents;
4)If there is a failure during work, press the emergency stop device in time. After the standby is stable, turn off the power for maintenance. Maintenance must be performed by professionals;
5)Do not press the switch or adjust the stroke arbitrarily after stopping to avoid damaging the button and mold;
6)Without permission, with the exception of the personnel who operate the machine tool, it is strictly forbidden to start the machine tool or perform operations without authorization.
3. The Maintenance and Repair of Hydraulic Notching Machine
1)Before turning on the machine, remove foreign objects and metal debris, check the electrical switches, cables, and fasteners for normality and looseness. Before performing machine maintenance or wiping the machine, you should lower the knife mold and shut it down. Electricity.
2)Hydraulic oil circuit
A. Check the oil level of the oil tank every week. If the hydraulic system is repaired, it should also be checked. Under normal working conditions, the oil level surface should be kept at 2/3 of the dipstick and must not be lower than the red line of the dipstick.
B. Newly purchased machine tools, after one year of use, the hydraulic oil needs to be replaced, and then every two years, the method of replacing the hydraulic oil: the fuel tank must be cleaned, and the filter element must be replaced.
Inject the new hydraulic oil into the fuel tank with a special oil filter vehicle. After the fuel volume is full, start the engine for 8 hours after idling for normal use.
3)Filter
A. Each time the oil is changed, the filter should be replaced or thoroughly cleaned;
B. The machine tool has related alarms or the oil quality is not clean and other filters are abnormal and should be replaced;
C. The air filter on the fuel tank is inspected and cleaned every 3 months, and it is best to replace it every 1 year.
4)Lubrication must be replenished weekly, and the lubricating oil must be cleaned.
5)After the operation is completed, the upper knife, lower die, body and surroundings must be cleaned.
