Utilisation de la presse hydraulique et principe de fonctionnement de la presse hydraulique en céramique

In my exploration of industrial machinery, I’ve discovered the remarkable utiliser of hydraulic press technology and its specific application in the ceramic industry. The working principle of ceramic hydraulic press fascinates me, as it combines hydraulic power with precision engineering to shape and form ceramic materials. Understanding how this machine operates not only highlights its efficiency but also reveals the intricacies involved in producing high-quality ceramic products. In this article, I’ll share my insights on the hydraulic press’s functionality and its significance in the ceramics field, showcasing why it’s an indispensable tool for manufacturers.

Use of Hydraulic Press:

●Making ceramics:

Many see the creation of ceramics as handcrafted, requiring finesse hands – nowhere near as powerful as a hydraulic press can provide. However, many ceramic professionals find great success with the press. A hydraulic press is attached to each cylinder through a die, and the press then shapes the clay into any shape you want, such as plates, cups, and ornaments.

Presse hydraulique can produce ceramic products faster and more consistently than manual work. Nonetheless, you still have a lot of artistic control over each product, such as introducing a unique factor into paints, details, and glazes.

Hydraulic presses are employed in industries such as pharmaceuticals and ceramics for compacting powdered materials into tablets, bricks, or other forms. This process is crucial for achieving the desired density and strength of the final product.

● Forging:

Blacksmiths are craftsmen who create intricate works out of steel. The process involves heating metal in a forging furnace, then hammering it hundreds or even thousands of times to shape it and increase its strength. A hydraulic press can be struck repeatedly with the force of a hammer, while a blacksmith does not.

This greatly simplifies the process, allowing the blacksmith to produce more with less effort. Since the cylinder hits the same spot with the same power every time, it is more reliable and precise than manual hammering.

● Organize daily necessities:

Have you ever thought about putting makeup powder in its container? The answer is by using hydraulic presses. By applying a lot of force, the makeup is compressed into a small piece, firm enough to hold its shape, but loose enough to be picked up by a makeup brush.

Also, the medical industry uses hydraulic presses when making pills. The compressed powder remains intact when swallowed, but it dissolves easily once it reaches the digestive tract. The food industry presses foods such as meat and cheese before packaging. Not only does this make food easier to pack and transport, but it also extends shelf life by excluding air, giving microscopic life no chance to thrive.

● Waste disposal:

Hydraulic presses can help you recycle specialty waste. For an oil filter, a press can compress it to a fraction of its original size while squeezing out any remaining oil, allowing you to reuse or dispose of it individually. In a more general case, a random selection of ordinary junk can be compressed into convenient cubes for easy disposal.

●Testing and Calibration:

Hydraulic presses are employed in materials testing laboratories for conducting compression tests to evaluate the mechanical properties of materials like strength, elasticity, and hardness. They provide precise control over the applied force, ensuring accurate test results.

The working principle of ceramic hydraulic press

The production of ceramic tiles can use two forming methods: grouting and pressing. At present, S tile manufacturers all adopt the latter type, and the production process is as follows: mud material production, vacuum mechanism mud flakes, pressing into a wooden pot, drying, glazing, and firing. Ceramic tile molding machines are generally produced by friction presses, single-column or multi-column hydraulic presses.

Shandong Weili Heavy Industry Machine Tool Co., Ltd. will press the table top, stroke, opening size, system pressure, running speed, automation degree, etc. of the ceramic tile press according to the needs. The 800-ton ceramic tile pressing and forming hydraulic press is one of the more commonly used ones. It adopts PLc programmable controller to realize automatic pressing, automatic feeding, automatic distribution, automatic pressing and automatic brick output, which reduces labor intensity and improves production. Efficiency, procurement understands the equipment.

1. Hydraulic System: The press consists of a hydraulic system comprising a hydraulic pump, hydraulic fluid (usually oil), hydraulic cylinders, valves, and pipes. The hydraulic pump is powered by an electric motor or other power source.

2. Pressure Generation: The hydraulic pump generates high-pressure hydraulic fluid by forcing the fluid into the hydraulic cylinders. The pressure is controlled and regulated by valves in the hydraulic system.

3. Ceramic Moulding Chamber: The ceramic material to be pressed is placed into a moulding chamber. This chamber is designed to withstand the high pressure exerted during the pressing process.

4. Pressing Operation: Once the ceramic material is loaded into the moulding chamber, hydraulic pressure is applied to the hydraulic cylinders. The hydraulic cylinders exert force on a platen or piston, which presses down on the ceramic material inside the moulding chamber.

5. Release of Pressure: After the pressing operation is complete and the ceramic material has been formed, the hydraulic pressure is released from the hydraulic cylinders. This allows the platen or piston to retract, and the moulded ceramic product can be removed from the moulding chamber.

6. Product Removal and Finishing: The moulded ceramic product is removed from the moulding chamber, and any excess material may be trimmed or finished as necessary to achieve the desired final shape and dimensions.

7. Repeat Process: The hydraulic press can be used repeatedly to produce multiple ceramic products with consistent quality and precision.

The ceramic hydraulic press has a four-beam and four-column structure, with accurate positioning, no pressure bias or mold crushing phenomenon, high product yield, and neat and beautiful appearance. Using a unique double-sided floating pressurization production process, the upper and lower pressures of each brick are consistent, and the strength is uniform; the equipment can set the exhaust time, and there will be no cracks and cracks, and different exhaust times can be set according to different raw materials; advanced hydraulic pressure The transmission system has strong stability, stable operation and no noise, which greatly improves the service life of the equipment.
