D&#039;apr\u00e8s mon exp\u00e9rience en atelier, ces sympt\u00f4mes indiquent souvent un probl\u00e8me au niveau du syst\u00e8me de commande hydraulique. Pour diagnostiquer rapidement ce probl\u00e8me, il est essentiel de suivre une proc\u00e9dure d&#039;inspection syst\u00e9matique qui v\u00e9rifie les signaux \u00e9lectriques, la r\u00e9ponse de l&#039;\u00e9lectrovanne et le comportement du flux d&#039;huile hydraulique. Lorsque la commande num\u00e9rique envoie un signal \u00e9lectrique, la bobine de l&#039;\u00e9lectrovanne s&#039;active et d\u00e9place le tiroir de la vanne, permettant ainsi \u00e0 l&#039;huile hydraulique de circuler dans le canal appropri\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un circuit hydraulique typique d&#039;une presse plieuse CNC, les \u00e9lectrovannes sont responsables de\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contr\u00f4le du mouvement du b\u00e9lier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rel\u00e2chement de la pression lors de la flexion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alterner entre une approche rapide et une vitesse de travail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retour du b\u00e9lier apr\u00e8s flexion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cas de d\u00e9faillance d&#039;une \u00e9lectrovanne, le syst\u00e8me hydraulique ne peut pas r\u00e9agir correctement, ce qui entra\u00eene des erreurs de la machine ou des mouvements anormaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sympt\u00f4mes courants de d\u00e9faillance de l&#039;\u00e9lectrovanne de la presse plieuse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour diagnostiquer les probl\u00e8mes hydrauliques, je commence toujours par observer le comportement de la machine. Si celle-ci ne peut pas basculer compl\u00e8tement entre les deux positions, le d\u00e9bit d&#039;huile devient instable, ce qui entra\u00eene une force de pliage irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela entra\u00eene souvent\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>angles de flexion in\u00e9gaux<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>relev\u00e9s de pression envoie bien le signal d&#039;activation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspectez les connecteurs et les bornes des c\u00e2bles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la tension est pr\u00e9sente mais que la vanne ne r\u00e9agit pas, la bobine est peut-\u00eatre endommag\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tape 2\u00a0: \u00c9coutez le son d\u2019activation de la class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si aucun son n&#039;est \u00e9mis lors de la saisie de la commande machine, cela peut indiquer\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bobine de sol\u00e9no\u00efde br\u00fbl\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>coupure de courant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>blocage m\u00e9canique interne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;\u00e9coute attentive du fonctionnement d&#039;une machine permet souvent d&#039;\u00e9tablir un premier diagnostic rapide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tape 3\u00a0: V\u00e9rifier l\u2019\u00e9tat de la bobine du sol\u00e9no\u00efde<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s avoir confirm\u00e9 les signaux \u00e9lectriques, je retire et inspecte la bobine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les probl\u00e8mes courants incluent\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Surchauffe du serpentin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>marques de br\u00fblure ou dommages \u00e0 l&#039;isolation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Montage l\u00e2che<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une bobine endommag\u00e9e doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9e imm\u00e9diatement car elle ne peut pas g\u00e9n\u00e9rer la force magn\u00e9tique n\u00e9cessaire pour d\u00e9placer le tiroir de la vanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tape 4 : V\u00e9rifier la pr\u00e9sence de contamination de l&#039;huile hydraulique<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\"
