Si n\u00e9cessaire, je teste le signal de l&#039;encodeur via le menu de diagnostic du servomoteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Causes m\u00e9caniques des erreurs du syst\u00e8me servo de la presse plieuse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les probl\u00e8mes des servomoteurs ne sont pas tous d&#039;origine \u00e9lectrique. Dans ce cas, je v\u00e9rifie\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>rectitude de la vis \u00e0 billes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alignement du couplage entre le servomoteur et la vis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usure des roulements aux deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un alignement correct \u00e9limine la charge excessive sur le servomoteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Erreurs de param\u00e8tres et probl\u00e8mes d&#039;\u00e9talonnage des servomoteurs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des param\u00e8tres de servo incorrects constituent une autre cause fr\u00e9quente d&#039;erreurs du syst\u00e8me de servo de la presse plieuse, notamment apr\u00e8s des op\u00e9rations de maintenance ou des mises \u00e0 jour logicielles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configuration des param\u00e8tres du servo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si des param\u00e8tres tels que l&#039;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration, les limites de vitesse ou la tol\u00e9rance de position sont incorrects, le syst\u00e8me servo peut d\u00e9clencher des alarmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je v\u00e9rifie g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Param\u00e8tres de gain du servo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Param\u00e8tres d&#039;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limites d&#039;\u00e9cart de position<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces param\u00e8tres doivent correspondre aux valeurs recommand\u00e9es par le fabricant de la machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Calibrage de la position de la but\u00e9e arri\u00e8re<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
