La conception et la construction d&#039;une machine de d\u00e9coupe laser influencent consid\u00e9rablement ses performances, sa pr\u00e9cision et sa durabilit\u00e9. La compr\u00e9hension de ses composants cl\u00e9s, tels que le portique, la source laser et les syst\u00e8mes de mouvement, m&#039;a permis d&#039;optimiser les op\u00e9rations et de r\u00e9soudre efficacement les probl\u00e8mes. Dans cet article, j&#039;explorerai la structure des machines de d\u00e9coupe laser et partagerai mon point de vue sur la contribution de chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment \u00e0 la fonctionnalit\u00e9 globale et au succ\u00e8s des applications de d\u00e9coupe laser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La composition de la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.harsle.com\/fr\/Laser-Cutting-Machine\/\">machine de d\u00e9coupe laser<\/a>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.Laser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Le corps de la machine est soud\u00e9, avec une bonne rigidit\u00e9, stabilit\u00e9 et r\u00e9sistance aux chocs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Le dispositif de mouvement adopte une vis \u00e0 billes de pr\u00e9cision, une transmission \u00e0 guidage lin\u00e9aire et un dispositif d&#039;avertissement de vis exclusif pour garantir la pr\u00e9cision de la machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Le rail de guidage de la machine et la vis m\u00e8re sont ferm\u00e9s par un couvercle de protection ondul\u00e9 pour \u00e9viter la poussi\u00e8re et autres pollutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. L&#039;int\u00e9rieur de la poutre est sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u pour assurer la rigidit\u00e9 de la poutre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. La transmission du faisceau (axe Y) adopte une vis \u00e0 billes de pr\u00e9cision et une transmission par guidage lin\u00e9aire et utilise le dispositif d&#039;avertissement de vis pour garantir que la machine maintient une haute pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. L&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la poutre est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&#039;un bouton de fonctionnement, ce qui permet \u00e0 l&#039;op\u00e9rateur d&#039;effectuer une op\u00e9ration simple \u00e0 n&#039;importe quelle position o\u00f9 la poutre fonctionne et peut arr\u00eater imm\u00e9diatement la machine en cas d&#039;urgence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
