Param\u00e8tres de performance de base de la cisaille<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les principaux facteurs d\u00e9terminant les performances de la cisaille sont : la force de cisaillement de la <a href=\"\/fr\/metal-shearing-machine-process-introduction\/\">cisaille<\/a>, la force de pression, l&#039;angle de cisaillement et la course de la lame sup\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. D\u00e9termination de la force de cisaillement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;effort de cisaillement total d&#039;une cisaille \u00e0 bords inclin\u00e9s est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui d&#039;une cisaille \u00e0 lames plates. Il se compose de trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments\u00a0: l&#039;effort de cisaillement de base\u00a0; la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la flexion de la partie coup\u00e9e de la t\u00f4le\u00a0; et la flexion de la t\u00f4le dans la zone de cisaillement.
