Cependant, plusieurs types de joints sont souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9s ou peu abord\u00e9s. Comprendre ces six types de joints pour v\u00e9rins hydrauliques peut consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9liorer l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 et pr\u00e9venir les fuites et les pannes co\u00fbteuses. Dans cet article, je vous pr\u00e9sente ces types de joints moins connus, en soulignant leurs caract\u00e9ristiques et leurs applications uniques pour vous aider \u00e0 faire des choix \u00e9clair\u00e9s pour vos syst\u00e8mes hydrauliques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les engins de chantier sont indissociables du v\u00e9rin hydraulique, et ce dernier est indissociable du joint. Elle n&#039;est pas coinc\u00e9e dans la rainure, mais envelopp\u00e9e d&#039;une couche m\u00e9tallique pour renforcer la r\u00e9sistance du polyur\u00e9thane, puis press\u00e9e dans le couvercle d&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du v\u00e9rin hydraulique. Joint de tige de piston<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le joint de tige de piston, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 coupelle en U, est le joint principal de la tige de piston. Il est install\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur du couvercle d&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du v\u00e9rin hydraulique pour emp\u00eacher toute fuite d&#039;huile hydraulique. La bague d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de la tige de piston est en polyur\u00e9thane ou en caoutchouc nitrile J. Dans certains cas, elle doit \u00eatre associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une bague de support (\u00e9galement appel\u00e9e bague de retenue). Cette bague de support emp\u00eache la bague d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 d&#039;\u00eatre comprim\u00e9e et d\u00e9form\u00e9e sous la pression. Joint tampon<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le joint tampon est utilis\u00e9 comme joint auxiliaire de tige de piston pour prot\u00e9ger celle-ci en cas d&#039;augmentation soudaine de la pression du syst\u00e8me. Il existe trois types courants de joints tampons. Le type A est une bague d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 monobloc en polyur\u00e9thane. Anneau de support de guidage<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La bague de support est install\u00e9e sur le couvercle d&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du v\u00e9rin hydraulique et du piston afin de soutenir la tige et le piston, de guider le piston dans son mouvement lin\u00e9aire et d&#039;\u00e9viter tout contact m\u00e9tal contre m\u00e9tal. Bague d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 du couvercle d&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La bague d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 du couvercle d&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 assure l&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 entre le couvercle d&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 et la paroi du cylindre. Il s&#039;agit d&#039;un joint statique emp\u00eachant toute fuite d&#039;huile hydraulique par l&#039;espace entre le couvercle d&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 et la paroi du cylindre. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en deux parties, la bague ext\u00e9rieure est en PTFE ou en nylon, et la bague int\u00e9rieure en caoutchouc nitrile J. Il existe \u00e9galement de nombreuses variantes, notamment en bronze rev\u00eatu de PTFE.
