Para solucionar esse problema e tornar o uso de materiais de menor qualidade seguro para o usu\u00e1rio, a Data M Engineering desenvolveu uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o poderosa para medir \u00e2ngulos de curvatura em prensas dobradeiras \u2013 o LaserCheck. O \u00e2ngulo entre o laser e o eixo de vis\u00e3o da c\u00e2mera permite a medi\u00e7\u00e3o da dist\u00e2ncia. O \u00e2ngulo entre o sensor e a chapa met\u00e1lica \u00e9 calculado a partir dessas dist\u00e2ncias. Com um segundo sensor no lado oposto, o \u00e2ngulo de curvatura \u00e9 calculado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Caracter\u00edsticas&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O sensor LaserCheck \u00e9 montado na prensa dobradeira, abaixo da matriz, com um \u00e2ngulo de 35\u00b0 a 55\u00b0 em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 vertical. A dist\u00e2ncia de trabalho (entre o sensor e a chapa) \u00e9 de 90 a 320 mm, dependendo do tipo de sensor. Ele pode ser movido ao longo da matriz de forma manual ou autom\u00e1tica. Devido \u00e0 sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o de montagem, a faixa de medi\u00e7\u00e3o varia de 30\u00b0 a 180\u00b0 de \u00e2ngulo de curvatura. S\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios 2 sensores para cada posi\u00e7\u00e3o de medi\u00e7\u00e3o. Quatro sensores permitem uma corre\u00e7\u00e3o independente do feixe para compensar diferen\u00e7as de \u00e2ngulo em curvas longas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Projetado para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es industriais<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os sensores da linha LaserCheck s\u00e3o especialmente projetados para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es em chapas met\u00e1licas. Gra\u00e7as \u00e0 sua constru\u00e7\u00e3o robusta e caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9cnicas f\u00e1ceis de usar, eles alcan\u00e7am resultados de medi\u00e7\u00e3o precisos mesmo em condi\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais adversas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao miniaturizar cuidadosamente cada componente, criamos sensores pequenos e robustos, que se adaptam a qualquer prensa dobradeira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Medi\u00e7\u00e3o de retorno el\u00e1stico&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O retorno el\u00e1stico \u00e9 medido liberando a chapa met\u00e1lica de duas maneiras diferentes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Abertura at\u00e9 o final da varia\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00e2ngulo. O \u00e2ngulo de retorno el\u00e1stico \u00e9 medido diretamente. Essa estrat\u00e9gia \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria para dobras com for\u00e7as pequenas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cfAbertura at\u00e9 que a for\u00e7a de flex\u00e3o caia abaixo de um limite predefinido. Os extens\u00f4metros medem as for\u00e7as de flex\u00e3o simultaneamente em ambas as estruturas laterais. O \u00e2ngulo de retorno el\u00e1stico \u00e9 calculado a partir dos \u00e2ngulos e for\u00e7as, e a chapa met\u00e1lica ser\u00e1 dobrada excessivamente de acordo. A medi\u00e7\u00e3o de for\u00e7a com for\u00e7as residuais melhora a precis\u00e3o ao utilizar ferramentas com raios maiores ou pe\u00e7as assim\u00e9tricas, quando uma libera\u00e7\u00e3o completa n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel sem perder a posi\u00e7\u00e3o correta de dobra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calibra\u00e7\u00e3o e Precis\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A precis\u00e3o do sensor \u00e9 superior a \u00b10,1\u00b0. A precis\u00e3o da dobra \u00e9 influenciada pelo controle, pela precis\u00e3o da m\u00e1quina, pelas ferramentas e pelo material. Para aumentar a precis\u00e3o da dobra, os sensores ser\u00e3o calibrados ap\u00f3s a montagem, reduzindo assim a toler\u00e2ncia de montagem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u25cfCalibra\u00e7\u00e3o com LC-Adjust<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a montagem, os sensores ser\u00e3o calibrados na m\u00e1quina com nossa unidade de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o LC-Adjust. Isso permite a mais alta precis\u00e3o com erros inferiores a \u00b10,1\u00b0 em toda a faixa de medi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u25cfPr\u00e9-calibra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos os sensores s\u00e3o pr\u00e9-calibrados para operar com resultados razo\u00e1veis, mesmo sem calibra\u00e7\u00e3o. Apenas o \u00e2ngulo de montagem precisa ser definido.
