Operation of the control is mainly done over the touchscreen. A description of the functions and available touch controls is given in the next sections of this manual, aside of the description of the specific functions.

This manual describes operation of E21S numerical control device and is meant for operators who are instructed for operation of the device. Operator shall read this manual and know operation requirements before using this device.

The DA-41 is a programmable control for conventional press brake machines. This manual assumes that the DA-41 is configured using the bending depth formula. If the unit is configured for bending depth calculation based on tables please refer to the version 2 user manual (8064-901C). If you are not sure which method is configured please contact your machine supplier.

In the actual use of the bending machine, bending accuracy will be more or less error, sometimes it may be the mechanical factors of the machine bending accuracy is not high enough, may also be some external factors, such as bending tooling, bending plate material thickness, etc.

When a hydraulic valve fails or malfunctions, most companies use a new component to restore the function of the hydraulic system, and the failed hydraulic valve becomes scrap. In fact, most parts of these hydraulic valves are still in good condition and can be partially repaired to restore function.
