Operations

Blow the platform clean with air duct first, without iron filings and other sundries;

Place the metal sheet on the platform. The starting end of the sheet should be aligned with the first presser foot. The metal sheet has a protective film, and the side with the protective film faces down;

Determine the position of the cutter head. If the cutter head is not in the correct position, it can be corrected according to "origin alignment", and "origin alignment" should be performed as little as possible;

Check whether the blade is in good condition, whether need to change the knife operation (planing iron plate need white steel knife, planing stainless steel plate need alloy knife);

Special personnel are required to operate when changing knives. When changing alloy knives, it is necessary to pad up the 35mm-high knife block.

After the preparatory work is finished, input the calculated bending size into the machine, and pay attention to the error of the first knife (the error is obtained by actual measurement), and the allowance of the press plate should be set aside for the last knife;

After the input work is finished, press the "Slotting Preparation" button after ensuring that the first knife is not less than 8mm, and plan the first knife. After the knife body is withdrawn and the position "OK" flashes, press "Beam backward" to move the beam to the next knife position, and press "Tool holder forward" to execute the next knife, and repeat this until all dimensions are planned;

After the last knife is planed, manually move the beam backward, and pull the release button of the material pressing switch to take out the plate;

⒈ Add lubricating oil before starting up every day;

⒉ The slotting depth of a single knife is 0.33, 0.22, 0.15, 0.15, 0.15, 0.15, 0.15, 0.10 and 0.10 in turn.

⒊ The "Slotting Preparation" button is the pre-slotting preparation button of the automatic slotting machine, so do not press this button during slotting.

⒋ After entering the new program, press the "Emergency Stop Switch" and then turn it on, and then press the "Tool Holder Forward" key for slotting;

⒌ When the angle is less than 90 degrees, the planed slot should be expanded with an obtuse knife.
