HARSLE Engineer's Saudi Arabia Installation Guidance Tour

Recently, HARSLE dispatched a senior engineer to Saudi Arabia for the installation and operation of the machine. The customer was very satisfied and the transnational instruction went smoothly.

This Saudi customer is our regular customer. He runs a large-scale sheet metal processing company locally. As early as 2021, he had placed an order for a WC67K-80T2500 hydraulic bending machine from our company. As the scale of his factory continues to expand, his business scope is getting wider and wider. Last year, he purchased a W12-8x6000 four-roll plate rolling machine from HARSLE. And in addition to the standard configuration, he also added some additional options: automatic feeding With self-alignment, upper and side brackets, and lower roll drive.

This four-roll plate winder was delivered to the customer's factory late last year, but their engineer had never operated such a machine and was worried that blind attempts would cause harm to both the workers and the machine. So he asked us to provide installation and operation guidance. We readily agreed to the customer's requirements but at that time. Due to the epidemic, China had not fully released the rules. And Saudi Arabia also had strict requirements, so we put forward online guidance. However, due to the large size of the machine, there are more complex matching functions. It is difficult to install, so the online guidance does not help customers completely. It just so happened that the import and export policy was lifted. So after discussing with our customers, we decided to arrange for engineers to go abroad to their factories for installation and operation guidance after the Spring Festival resumed.

In early February, after arranging flights and accommodation, our senior engineers soon arrived in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. and then went to the customer's factory. Although there were many large machines and accessories, our engineers were experienced, patient and responsible. And the customer also actively cooperated with us. In addition, the customer's factory had a large area and complete equipment, so the installation process went smoothly. It took less than two days for the machine to complete the installation and test of the four-roll coil. After that, the engineer started the formal processing with the sheet prepared by the customer. With our engineer's demonstration, the customer also quickly grasped the key points of operation. And all the processes got on the right track.

The customer said that he was very grateful to HARSLE. Not only did the machine have good quality and performance, but the engineers were also very professional and patient. Although some time was delayed due to the epidemic, the outcome was happy.
