E21 Introduction
E21 is specially used in the press brake machines, it can largely reduce the machine cost and keep the machine accuracy wihtin the standard requirements. The main features are as follows:
Panel de operaciones

Single Interface
E21 controller adopts a 160*160 dot matrix LCD displayer. The display area is shown below.
Title bar: display relevant information on the current page, such as its name, etc.
Parameter display area: display parameter name, parameter value, and system information.
Barra de estado: muestra el área de información de entrada y mensajes de aviso, etc.

Operation Procedure
Basic operation procedure: Basic switch over and operation procedure of the device is shown in Figure.
Single-step programming
The E21 has two programming methods, which are single-step programming and multi-step programming. Users can set up programming according to actual demand.
Single-step programming is generally used for processing a single step to finish workpiece processing. When the controller is power on, it will automatically enter a single-step program page.
Pasos de la operación
Paso 1 After starting up, the device will enter setting up the page of the single-step program automatically.
Paso 2 Prensaselect parameter which needs to be set up, press
numerical key to input program value, press to complete input.Setting range of singe step parameter is shown in Table.
Paso 3 Prensa, the system will execute according to this program, as shown in Figure.
Multi-step programming
Multi-step program is used for processing single workpiece of different processing steps, realize the consecutive implementation of multi-steps, and improve processing efficiency.
Pasos de la operación
Paso 1 Al encenderlo, el dispositivo muestra automáticamente la página de parámetros de un solo paso.
Paso 2 Prensa, switch to the program manage page, as shown in Figure.
Paso 3 Prensa, seleccione el número de serie del programa o ingrese el número de programa directamente, como ingresar “1”.
Paso 4 Prensa, ingrese a la página de configuración del programa de varios pasos, como se muestra en la Figura.
Paso 5 Prensa , select multi-step programming parameter which requires set up, input setting up value, press
, and the set up takes effect.
Paso 6 In completion of set up, press, ingrese a la página de configuración de parámetros de paso, como se muestra en la Figura.
Paso 7 Prensa, select step parameter that needs to be set up, input program value,press
y la configuración tendrá efecto.
Paso 8 Prensato switch over between steps. If the current step is the first step, press
to enter the last page of the step parameter setting; if the current step is the last one, press
to enter the first page of the step parameter setting. The multi-step parameter setting range is shown in Table.
Paso 9 PrensaEl sistema funcionará de acuerdo con este programa, como se muestra en la Figura.
Parameter setting
Users can setup all parameters required for normal operation of the system, including system parameter, X axis parameter and Y axis parameter.
Paso 1 En la página de gestión del programa, presioneto enter programming constant page, as shown in Figure,On this page, programming constant can be set.
Paso 2 Range of programming constant setup is shown in Table
Paso 3 Input password “1212”, pressto enter the Teach Page, as shown in Figure.

<How to Teach>:You can directly measure the positions of slider and back gauge. If the measurement is difficult, you can program and operate any one process, and then measure the accomplished workpiece.
Paso 5 Prensa, volver a la página de constantes de programación.
Parameter setting
Important passwords: In addition to the above mentioned Password “1212” to access the teaching interface, there are a few passwords to help you better use the E21 system.
Alarma
El dispositivo detecta automáticamente anomalías internas o externas y emite una alarma. El mensaje de alarma está disponible en la lista de alarmas.
Paso 1 On programming management page, presspara ingresar a la página constante de programación.
Paso 2 On programming constant page, pressto enter “Alarm history” page to view all alarm history.As shown in Figure, the latest 6 alarms, alarm number and causes can be viewed on this page.
