The HARSLE shovel head blanking line is mainly responsible for punching shovel head plates. This blanking line mainly consists of a pneumatic Stanzmaschine, shovel head mold, leveling material rack, servo feeder, and coiling material rack. The sheet coils are placed on the heavy material rack and the NC servo feeder feeds the sheet into the precision punching machine, the coil rack will automatically roll the scrap after punching, which realizes synchronized uncoiling and automatic feeding and coiling, and ensures efficient production of the shovel head.
