How Tube & Pipe Processing Are Made

Tube and pipe parts are made from round, square and rectangular tubes and open profiles in steel, stainless and aluminum. Tubes are cut and notched on tube laser cutting machines or notchers, bent on CNC tube benders, curved on profile rolling machines, end-formed on presses and joined by welding.

Tube laser cutting has replaced many sawing, drilling and notching steps, while CNC tube bending delivers repeatable 3D shapes for frames and lines.
