Os clientes podem solicitar a devolução ou reembolso em até 7 dias após o recebimento do pedido. O equipamento deve estar sem uso, em suas condições originais e incluir toda a embalagem, manuais e acessórios originais.

2. Processo de Devoluções
Para iniciar uma devolução, entre em contato com nossa equipe de suporte ao cliente pelo e-mail support@harsle.com. Após a aprovação, forneceremos instruções para a devolução do produto. Certifique-se de que o item esteja embalado com segurança para evitar danos durante o transporte.

No HARSLE, we take pride in the quality of our industrial machinery. Because our products are large-scale industrial equipment, our return and refund policies differ from standard consumer goods. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. Returns for Industrial Machinery

Due to the specialized nature, high value, and significant shipping costs of our products (such as Press Brakes, Shearing Machines, and Hydraulic Presses), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasonsonce the machine has been shipped or customized.

2. Quality Issues & Damaged Goods

  • On Arrival: If the machine arrives with significant functional defects or damage caused during transit, you must notify us within 48 horas of delivery.
  • Evidence: Please provide detailed photos and videos of the damage to info@harsle.com.
  • Resolution: HARSLE will first attempt to resolve the issue through technical support, sending replacement parts, or dispatching an engineer. If the machine is deemed non-repairable due to a manufacturing defect, we will negotiate a return, replacement, or partial refund.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Before Production: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of payment.
  • During Production: Since many machines are built to order, cancellations made after production has started may be subject to a 20% to 50% restocking/production fee to cover materials and labor.
  • After Shipment: Once the machine has been dispatched from our factory, the order cannot be canceled.

4. Return Process (If Approved)

In the rare event that a return is authorized by HARSLE:

  • Authorization: You must receive a written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team before shipping any items back.
  • Condition: The machine must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and insurance.

5. Refund Policy

  • Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment or bank transfer within 10-15 business days.
  • Deductions: Please note that original shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are non-refundable.

6. Warranty & After-Sales Support

All HARSLE machines are covered by our Standard Warranty (typically 12-24 months depending on the model). For any technical issues post-installation, please contact our support department. We provide lifetime technical assistance and spare parts availability.
