The HARSLE shovel head blanking line is mainly responsible for punching shovel head plates. This blanking line mainly consists of a pneumatic punching machine, shovel head mold, leveling material rack, servo feeder, and coiling material rack. The sheet coils are placed on the heavy material rack and the NC servo feeder feeds the sheet into the precision punching machine, the coil rack will automatically roll the scrap after punching, which realizes synchronized uncoiling and automatic feeding and coiling, and ensures efficient production of the shovel head.

Switch the Leveling Material Rack to Auto Mode.
Automatically Release Material After a Few Seconds.
Turn on the Power of the NC Servo Feeder and Switch to Auto Mode.
Switch the Coiling Material Rack to Auto Mode.
Turn on the Control Power.
Adjust to Positive Rotation and Wait for the System to Start.
Tap the Screen to Enter the System.
Turn on the Work Light.
Start the Machine.
Wait for the Flywheel to Reach Operating Speed.
Adjust to the Continuous Mode.
Press The Buttons On Both Sides.
The Line Starts Punching.
