HARSLE is a professional manufacturer and global supplier of sheet metal processing machinery, including but not limited to:

Shearing Machines
Laser Cutting Machines
Hydraulic Presses
Rolling Machines
Notching Machines
Panel Benders

All products are primarily sold under a B2B (Business-to-Business) model.

Orders are finalized through formal quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and signed contracts.

- Signed Proforma Invoice or Contract
- Agreed payment terms
- Receipt of required deposit
Production lead time begins after order confirmation and deposit receipt.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms may include but are not limited to:

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)
Letter of Credit (L/C)
Other agreed payment methods

Standard payment structure:

Deposit before production
Balance before shipment

Specific payment terms are stated in the Proforma Invoice.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery terms may include FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP, or other Incoterms.
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only.
Shipping delays due to force majeure, customs, or logistics providers are not the responsibility of HARSLE.

Risk transfers according to agreed Incoterms.

7. Installation and Commissioning

Installation and commissioning services may be:

Remote support
On-site engineer service (additional charges may apply)

Service terms are specified in the sales agreement.

8. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in the contract:

Standard warranty period: 12 months from installation or 14 months from shipment (whichever comes first).
Warranty covers manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover:
- Consumables
- Improper operation
- Unauthorized modification
- Normal wear and tear

Extended warranty services may be available upon request.
