Production Process and Corresponding Machines

Shearing machine (cutting sheet) → hydraulic press and punching machine (stamping, deep drawing, trimming, edge recording, pre-bending, shaping, punching, printing logo) → pipe cutting machine (considering that the length of the customer's pipe may not be just right is the required length, it is recommended to increase the pipe cutting machine to cut the pipe to the appropriate length) → pipe bending machine (bending pipe and other parts of the frame) → laser welding machine (welding) → assembly completed

Hydraulic Press: For stamping, deep drawing, trimming, edge recording, pre-bending, shaping, punching, logo printing, etc., both the hydraulic press Y32 and Y27 can be selected, and the specific configuration needs to refer to the customer's output, material, thickness, and size of the body. Optional can add servo pump control system, touch screen, photoelectric protection, exchange table. Water cooling depends on the specific production situation of the customer.

After that, the edge of the bucket is still processed. The tonnage of the Y32 hydraulic press does not need to be changed, and it can be replaced by the recording edge mold, and the edge is turned down and processed more firmly.

The next step is to replace the mold with the Y32 hydraulic press of the same tonnage, and press the recorded edge, so that the basic processing for the body is almost completed.

Finally, the Y32 hydraulic press with smaller tonnage can be used to press the bottom of the bucket. The holes at the bottom are used to connect with the elbow, so it is necessary to determine the position of the four holes at the bottom, and then replace the punching die for stamping and punching.

Punching Machine: Ordinary J23 mechanical punch can be used for punching parts of the forming.

When punching the side of the bucket, a small tonnage punch can be used to save the processing cost and improve the work efficiency.

When stamping trademarks, you can also choose a low cost and high efficiency punch, but because the process of punching trademarks is slightly more complex, you need to choose a punch with a larger tonnage than the face of the punch side.

After that, small tonnage punch press is also used to punch holes on metal pipes. It only needs to replace the punching mould of pipes. The process also needs to determine the hole location first, then punch holes, and then flatten and bend a small section of pipes at the punching place as a whole, which is convenient to fix with screws later.

The patch is mainly divided into two kinds, one is with a mounting hole, the other is with two mounting holes. Customers are advised to choose two holes, as the bolts will wear out this hole after several years of wheel rotation. The wheel can be replaced with a new hole after the patch is worn to extend the service life of the car without affecting the use of end customers.
