The wheelbarrow is widely used in construction industry, agriculture, industrial production and other places frequently carrying items. The structure is basically composed of rubber wheels (single wheel/double wheel), metal barrel, metal pipe frame and rubber handle. A complete set of body mold has 6 molds, which play the six functions of deep drawing, trimming, edge recording, pre-bending, forming and punching. The location of the logo needs to be confirmed. If it is on both sides, considering the deformation, you need to add another pair of molds; if the logo is on the bottom, it can be added to the above molds and formed together.
Like the bucket, the design is much the same. Where there is a main body integral bend construction, there is a main body part bend construction (welding/screw together).
Wheel: One or a pair, usually of pneumatic or solid rubber wheels, which are more durable.
Bearings: one pair

1. The material and thickness of the bucket required by the customer; The material, diameter and thickness of the pipe.
2. The size of the product shall be confirmed by drawing.
3. Whether to add the logo. If necessary, confirm the size and position of the logo.
Shearing machine (cutting sheet) → hydraulic press and punching machine (stamping, deep drawing, trimming, edge recording, pre-bending, shaping, punching, printing logo) → pipe cutting machine (considering that the length of the customer's pipe may not be just right is the required length, it is recommended to increase the pipe cutting machine to cut the pipe to the appropriate length) → pipe bending machine (bending pipe and other parts of the frame) → laser welding machine (welding) → assembly completed
Shearing Machine: To cut the whole sheet into the required size and shape, usually choose the pendulum shears with E21S system can be, if the accuracy and speed of the shear plate has higher requirements, and also need to adjust the shear Angle and blade clearance, it can choose the better performance of the gate shears, the system can also be upgraded to the more intelligent DAC-310T system.
Hydraulic Press: For stamping, deep drawing, trimming, edge recording, pre-bending, shaping, punching, logo printing, etc., both the hydraulic press Y32 and Y27 can be selected, and the specific configuration needs to refer to the customer's output, material, thickness, and size of the body. Optional can add servo pump control system, touch screen, photoelectric protection, exchange table. Water cooling depends on the specific production situation of the customer.
When pressing the bucket, a complete set of bucket (bucket) mold contains 6 molds, which play the six functions of deep drawing, trimming, edge recording, pre-bending, forming and punching. Customers can choose two or more hydraulic presses to cooperate with each other to complete different processes and improve production efficiency.
First, select a Y27 hydraulic press with a suitable tonnage for deep drawing. After assembling the drawing die, the metal sheet is drawn into the basic shape of the body.
Then use the Y32 hydraulic press with smaller tonnage, install the trimming die, and trim the edge of the semi-finished product that has been deep drawn in the previous step, which is strong and beautiful.
After that, the edge of the bucket is still processed. The tonnage of the Y32 hydraulic press does not need to be changed, and it can be replaced by the recording edge mold, and the edge is turned down and processed more firmly.
The next step is to replace the mold with the Y32 hydraulic press of the same tonnage, and press the recorded edge, so that the basic processing for the body is almost completed.
Finally, the Y32 hydraulic press with smaller tonnage can be used to press the bottom of the bucket. The holes at the bottom are used to connect with the elbow, so it is necessary to determine the position of the four holes at the bottom, and then replace the punching die for stamping and punching.
Punching Machine: Ordinary J23 mechanical punch can be used for punching parts of the forming.
When punching the side of the bucket, a small tonnage punch can be used to save the processing cost and improve the work efficiency.
When stamping trademarks, you can also choose a low cost and high efficiency punch, but because the process of punching trademarks is slightly more complex, you need to choose a punch with a larger tonnage than the face of the punch side.
After that, small tonnage punch press is also used to punch holes on metal pipes. It only needs to replace the punching mould of pipes. The process also needs to determine the hole location first, then punch holes, and then flatten and bend a small section of pipes at the punching place as a whole, which is convenient to fix with screws later.
The punching and flattening operations for the side of the pipe are the same, but different moulds need to be changed according to the size of the hole shape.
Pipe Cutting Machine: cutting pipes, because the length of the pipes purchased in bulk is fixed, so the pipes need to be cut according to the actual situation.
Pipe Bending Machine: used to bend the cut pipes and other parts of the frame, mainly the bending and forming of the wheelbarrow frame.
When choosing bending drawings, different manufacturers have slightly different designs for bending frames, which are almost the same. Basically, the pipe bender bends the pipe in a general shape, and other parts need to be installed with the help of welders, screws, nuts and so on.
Laser Welding Machine: mainly used for welding bracket, rubber wheel patch, etc., beautiful weld without burr, welding efficiency is very high. The patch is mainly divided into two kinds, one is with a mounting hole, the other is with two mounting holes. Customers are advised to choose two holes, as the bolts will wear out this hole after several years of wheel rotation. The wheel can be replaced with a new hole after the patch is worn to extend the service life of the car without affecting the use of end customers.
Spraying Line: if the customer budget allows, and pursuit higher production efficiency and product results, can recommend spraying line to the customer. For extra attention, you can recommend spraying production lines to African customers, because Africa has abundant natural gas reserves, easy access and low cost.
