WE67K-63T/2500 8+1 Axis CNC Press Brake with S860/S875

HARSLE WE67K-63T2500 press brake is equipped with the 8+1 axis and main servo motor which can ensure bending accuracy and is environment-friendly；

Working area  LED lighting, CNC motorized crowning system， one-key released fast clamp; 

Standard punch and double-V die with barfing treatments for long and durable service, the punch is segmented for flexible bending of small-size workpieces; 

six-axis backgauge X1 and X2 and R1 and R2 and Z1 and Z2 maximumly meets all bending requirements;

it uses the S860 controller, the high-end product of ESA, which supports digital programming and two-dimensional graphic programming, and three-dimensional simulation bending, powerful functions that help lead the efficient production.

● The whole welded machine structure achieves high rigidity; the machine is designed by ANSYS software which can ensure the reliability and precision of the CNC press brake.

●  WE67K Series CNC press brake is redesigned based on users’ preference to increase productivity and keep the costs at minimum level with high bending accuracy and low-cost maintenance.

● Bending angle calculation and back gauge position calculation can be achieve by inputting metal sheet material information, sheet size and punch and die size.

● Crowning system can work with CNC controller automatically to achieve higher bending accuracy and linearity. Hydraulic crowning and motorized crowing system are optional.

● CNC back gauge with several axes can work with different shape work-pieces well.
