Auxiliary Bending Tooling*
The two servo motors drive the local bending toolings at both ends, and the system automatically uses the local bending blades according to the bending programming requirements of the plate, which makes the local bending of one side of the plate a reality and enriches the bending styles. The auxiliary bending tooling can be setup either automatically or manually, depending upon application needs.
Manipulator
It handles positioning according to sheet placement and bending requirements. The manipulator uses upper and lower clamps to secure the sheet. After referencing, it determines the necessary rotation from the starting position, aligns the appropriate edge for bending, progresses through bending steps, and positions the bent sheet for evacuation.
