In early August, Manager Chen from HARSLE, accompanied by a senior engineer, visited several major customers in Uzbekistan. During the visit, they aimed to maintain customer relationships, further expand the Uzbekistan market, and also experienced the local culture, cuisine, and scenic beauty. Manager Chen stated: 'This trip was very rewarding, and we really enjoyed Uzbekistan. We appreciate our customers' fondness and trust in HARSLE, and we hope that our machines can bring even more surprises and profits to our customers. We look forward to visiting again when the opportunity arises.
Although our seven-day itinerary was short, we made the most of our time by visiting several customers, touring their factories, understanding the usage of their machines, and assisting in the maintenance of some older machines. More importantly, with the dual support of HARSLE's high-quality machines and top-notch after-sales service, this trip resulted in new orders! Additionally, our existing customers introduced us to new potential clients, and we are currently in discussions with them, aiming to establish long-lasting and stable partnerships!
This visit primarily focused on customers who have purchased press brakes, shearing machines, and laser cutting machines, most of whom are end-users in the sheet metal processing industry. BEST Company, a local giant in sheet metal processing, has been a long-term partner. They purchased our press brake machines as early as five to six years ago, and the performance has been excellent. In the past couple of years, they made a substantial purchase of press brakes, shearing machines, laser cutting machines, and more. During this visit, apart from understanding BEST's usage of our machines, we also provided operational guidance and maintenance support specifically for the laser cutting machines. As the customer had limited knowledge about laser cutting machines, we believe that through a more detailed understanding and usage, they may generate new orders for laser-related products.
In addition to BEST Company, Manager Chen and the team also visited several other customers during the trip. They had meetings with new clients referred by existing ones, and we believe there will be positive developments in the near future! Uzbekistan has consistently been an important market in our northern region, and we hope our friendship will endure and our business will continue to thrive.
