Security Door Production Line Process

In this article, I will guide you through the Security Door Production Line Process, highlighting the essential steps involved in manufacturing high-quality security doors. As we navigate this process, I will share insights into the materials, machinery, and techniques that ensure durability and safety in our final products. Understanding this production line is crucial for anyone in the industry, whether you’re a manufacturer or a consumer looking for reliable security solutions. Join me as we explore each stage of the production process and uncover what makes security doors essential for safety and protection.

Now every household has a security door, and everyone is very familiar with the security door. However, little is known about the production process of security doors. This article is to introduce the production process of the security door and the machines that need to be used. I hope this article can help those in need.

Security Door Production-Material selection

The material of door panel is made of galvanized sheet. The usual size is 1000mm*2000mm, and the thickness is according to customer’s requirements. The material of door frame is made of galvanized sheet, and the usual size is 290mm to 340mm.

2. Embossing: According to different requirements, we can use different molds to push the door panel out of different patterns, the machine we need is the embossing machine (as shown in Figure 1)

3. Shearing: The shearing machine (shown in Figure 2) can cut the semi-product steel plate into a suitable size for production, which is convenient for the operation of the next process.

4. Punching: According to the positioning of the mold and the backing, the punching machine (as shown in Figure 3) can accurately complete the punching angle, punching the hand hole, punching the doorbell hole, punching the keyhole, punching the cat’s eye hole, and ensuring the matching size of the product.

5. Bending: We can use the advanced press brake machine equipped with a bending tool (as shown in Figure 4), repeat the bending of the door panel and the door frame several times to meet the production requirements.

6. Electric welding: Our workers need to weld small pieces in the door panel (as shown in Figure 5). The gantry is required to weld the ribs, the concrete cover and the four frames of the door frame together.

7. Degreasing, descaling and phosphating: We usually use degreasing, descaling and phosphating lines without sewage to degrease, derust and phosphate (as shown in Figure 6).

8. Glue welding: The middle part of the front and rear door panels is filled with honeycomb paper or fireproof cotton for welding. The door panel is fixed by a hot press (as shown in Figure 7), so that the facade is flat and invariant.

9. Spray, transfer, water mill: the special treatment process for the door panel is to ensure the beauty of the facade color and wood grain. In the painting workshop, the facade should be painted, washed, dried, wood grain thermal transfer and oiled and dried.

Conclusion

The Security Door Production Line Process is a meticulous journey that involves careful planning and execution at each stage. By understanding this process, manufacturers can enhance their production efficiency and deliver high-quality security doors that meet customer needs. Whether for residential or commercial use, a well-manufactured security door offers peace of mind and protection.
