1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • For customized machines or those out of stock, the production lead time typically ranges from 20-45 days. Our sales team will provide a specific timeline during the quoting process.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Due to the size and weight of our machinery, most orders are shipped via Sea Freight to ensure cost-effectiveness and safety.

  • Standard Sea Freight: Estimated delivery time is 30-50 days, depending on the destination port and customs clearance speed.
  • Air Freight (for spare parts/tooling): Estimated delivery time is 7-15 days via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
  • Incoterms: We primarily support FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP terms. Please confirm the specific shipping terms with your account manager before finalizing the order.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and provided during the quotation stage based on the machine’s dimensions and weight.
  • For many regions, we offer fixed-rate shipping to major base ports. Any additional inland trucking or door-to-door delivery fees will be quoted separately.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your machine is loaded into the container and dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation emailcontaining the Bill of Lading (B/L) number and vessel tracking information.
  • For sea freight, you can track the real-time status of the vessel through the carrier’s official website or by contacting our logistics department.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • HARSLE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order (unless the trade term is explicitly stated as DDP).
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. Please consult your local customs office for detailed import regulations.

6. Damages & Inspection

  • IMPORTANT: Please inspect the packaging and the machine thoroughly upon arrival at the port or your facility.
  • If the machine or its packaging appears damaged during transit, please take high-quality photos and videos immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
  • We highly recommend purchasing marine insurance for all high-value shipments to protect your investment.
