Miss Dilya is our customer in Bukhara City, Uzbekistan, she brought HARSLE WC67K-200T/3200 in 2020. Recently she emailed that her machine got a problem and our after-sale team contacted her soon on WhatsApp.

The after-sales staff analyzed the pictures and video to determine the possible problems with her equipment. The after-sales team also informs customers how to proceed to the next step by recording videos and photos of the factory equipment.

Finally, after eliminating the possibilities one after another, it was determined that the customer's equipment's relief valve was clogged. We provided a video on how to clean the relief valve, and the customer followed the steps in time to solve the problem successfully!

Miss Dilya was quite happy and she said: “HARSLE is really supper! Your team is really great! Big Big thanks to your engineer too!” Dilya's equipment was out of service for nearly a month, during which time she also sought out local motor specialists, hydraulic specialists, etc. However, all of them reported no problems with the equipment, and Dilya was very upset, but after she emailed us and interfaced with us on WhatsApp, the problem was solved on the same day.
