The hybrid servo CNC press brake machine is a true pump-controlled bending machine, where the synchronisation of the machine relies on pump control. The machine frame has good stability and has been shaped in a single clamping process by an imported three-dimensional machining centre, which guarantees the parallelism and perpendicularity of the mounting surfaces. The computer controls the flow and pressure of the Y1 and Y2 cylinders respectively through two servo bi-directional pump systems, which pump the oil from the upper chamber of the cylinder directly into the lower chamber of the cylinder to achieve lifting of the upper die; the oil pump reverses to pump the oil from the lower chamber of the cylinder directly into the upper chamber of the cylinder to achieve sheet metal bending. The synchronisation of the left and right side of the upper die of the machine is controlled by two sets of servo bi-directional pumps respectively. The machine not only has high precision, energy saving and low noise, but also is more stable and reliable, using less oil, which is conducive to the manufacture of large stroke ultra-high speed bending machines.
