Automatic Duct Corner Punching Production Line

Duct Corner, also called hook code, is connected by screws to connect and fix the duct, which is a necessary part for the production of a common plate flange duct. The auto duct corner production line mainly consists of a JH21-80T pneumatic punching machine, duct corner mold, leveling material rack, and servo feeder. The galvanized sheet coils are placed on the heavy material rack and the NC servo feeder feeds the sheet into the precision punching machine, which realizes synchronized uncoiling and automatic feeding, and ensures the efficient production of the duct corner.

Operation process.

Switch the leveling material rack to the auto mold.

Automatically release material after a few seconds.

Turn on the power of the NC servo feeder.

Switch to the auto mold.

Turn on the power and light.

Wait for the system to load and enter into the system.

Press the Start button.

Turn to the Continue mold and press both buttons on the control pedal.

The production line starts working.
