●Pre-preparation Before Booting

1.Lubrication of each transmission part should be sufficient, and each lubrication point should be refueled 2-3 times per shift to ensure sufficient oil quantity at each lubrication point.

2.Check that the cutting tool and the punching die should be intact without cracking and securely fastened.

3.Observe that the gap between the punch and the lower die wall should be uniform, in line with the punching and shearing requirements. The minimum configuration of the punch should slightly exceed the plane of the lower die hole.

●Operation Steps And Specifications

1.Steps

1.1 Check the power supply condition, the voltage is stable, there is no shortage of items, and the leakage protector and air switch are intact.

1.2 Wiring, open the joint punching machine wiring cabinet, connect the line, close the door.

1.3 When the power is turned on, the foot switch is pressed and the machine does not operate, and the power is exchanged. Also check if the emergency stop switch is turned on.

1.4 At work, be careful to turn off the power every time you change the mold during work.

1.5 After the work is finished, turn off the switch, turn off the main power switch, unplug the power cord, and clean the debris.

2.Safety practices

2.1 Ordinary and E-type punching and type cutting can not work at the same time, L-type can be punched and synchronized work.

2.2 It is strictly forbidden to cut hardened steel and process beyond the capacity of the equipment.

2.3 The cutting tool and the cutting edge should be sharp and the cutting edge becomes dull or cracked. It should be replaced in time, and must be turned off after the replacement.

2.4 When cutting steel plates, round steels, square steels, and steel sections, they must be compacted. The surface of the sheared sheet material cannot be welded, gas-cut, and protruding burrs.

2.5 When cutting or punching, it is strictly forbidden to touch the surface of the processed workpiece by hand. It is strictly forbidden to measure the workpiece, and the scrap should not be cleaned directly by hand.

2.6 The operator must stop when leaving the machine. When driving, check the original position of the handles of each part without change.

2.7 It is not allowed to cut the laminated sheets, and it is not allowed to cut narrow boards and short materials.

2.8 When two or more people work together, one person must command and act in unison.

2.9 When feeding, the finger must leave the knife edge 200mm, and the small piece should use special tools.

2.10 In use, pay more attention to observe whether the side stop screw of the punching cylinder is loose, and whether the clearance is too large, pay attention to timely inspection and adjustment.

2.11 In use, check whether the friction block bolts and the caps on the front and back of the fuselage are loose, and make timely tightening work to prevent tool damage.

2.12 Use the medium check limit switch to locate the baffle loose or out of the stroke control range to produce the parallel cylinder and equipment, causing the machine to punch and shear weak, loud and damage the oil pump, oil pipe and cylinder.
