What Are the Reasons for the Pressure Reduction of Single-arm Hydraulic Press?

1. The spring of the pressure regulating valve of the single-arm hydraulic machine becomes loose. If there is no change after pressurization, the valve core may be leaking due to wear and tear due to long-term use, resulting in the inability to lift the pressure;

2. The hydraulic pump of the single-arm hydraulic machine wears out and leaks due to long-term use;

3. The sealing ring on the piston head in the cylinder is worn or aged, resulting in oil leakage and inability to lift pressure;

4. The solenoid valve of the single-arm hydraulic machine has been used for too long, the valve core is worn, and leakage is large, resulting in insufficient pressure;

5. When the weather is hot, the oil temperature is too high, and the hydraulic oil is too thin and cannot lift high pressure;

6. The pressure-maintaining check valve of the single-arm hydraulic press leaks;

7. Leakage in hydraulic pipelines, cylinder welding points, piston rod seals, etc.;

8. The oil level in the oil tank of the single-arm hydraulic machine is insufficient, and the oil filter is empty.

How to Solve the Problem of Hydraulic Press Slider Tilt?

During the working process of the four-column hydraulic press, we must always pay attention to the working condition of the slider and check the condition of the molded products and molds. Once the slider tilts, we must stop the machine immediately. Based on the reasons we have summarized before, we must find the cause of the failure and to solve.

1. If the tilt is caused by uneven driving force of multiple cylinders, it can be detected whether the drive is out of sync or the machining accuracy is not met. If the drive is out of sync, the hydraulic system can be checked and improved; if it is machining If the accuracy is not met, it needs to be reprocessed to improve the processing accuracy and try to make the cylinder layout as uniform as possible;

2. Do a good job in maintaining the columns, ensuring that the columns are clean, and adding butter regularly to make the surface smooth and not damaged;

3. Check whether there is oil leakage in the hydraulic system, check whether the hydraulic components and cylinders are worn or aged, and repair or replace them;

4. Improve the casting quality and processing accuracy of the slider to keep the slider uniform;

5. Always check the fixing screws at the connection between the piston rod and the slider to prevent them from loosening;

6. When assembling, check whether the hydraulic cylinder is balanced and fixed. If it tilts, adjust it. The tilt error should not be too large and fix it tightly.

What Should I Do If the Pressure of the 200T Hydraulic Press Becomes Zero and Cannot Be Adjusted During Operation?


During the operation of the 200-ton hydraulic press, the system pressure suddenly dropped to zero and could not be adjusted. In most cases, the pressure regulation system itself is a problem.


The reasons for this problem are: whether the safety valve hole is blocked; there is foreign matter on the sealing end of the relief valve; the main valve of the safety valve is stuck in the opening direction; the solenoid of the safety valve is unloaded and burned, and the disconnection is not announced. or electrical signal; a shared safety valve may be the cause of the electronic control signal stopping.


Solution:

1. After this situation occurs, we must first turn off the power of the 200-ton hydraulic press and restart the equipment; when the hydraulic press is restarted, the pressure is zero. There is no need to rush at this time, because the system parameters will be reconfigured during the startup process of the hydraulic equipment, and it is normal for the hydraulic gauge to return to zero; just wait for two minutes.

2. You need to check whether the oil pump is on and whether the direction of rotation of the oil pump is correct. If it takes a while to return to zero, then the reason is oil leakage in the cylinder piston.

3. It is necessary to check whether the two solenoid valves that control pressure increase and pressure relief are normal.

4. If it is a hydraulic press with a one-way valve, check whether the one-way valve is closed tightly.

Correct Installation Steps for Sealing Rings of Molded Hydraulic Presses


Installation steps of Y-shaped sealing ring of hydraulic press:

1. Check whether the sealing ring meets the specified requirements. If not, replace it.

2. Clean the sealing ring and blow dry with clean compressed air.

3. Check and clean the installation tools to make them clean.

4. Lubricate the sealing ring, usually apply grease, and then install it.

1. Check whether the sealing ring meets the specified requirements. If not, replace it.

2. Clean the sealing ring and blow dry with clean compressed air.

4. Apply a layer of hydraulic oil on the surface of the machine part so that the O-ring seal can be well lubricated and used normally.
