The operation of a guillotine shear involves the following steps:

Material Placement: The operator places the sheet metal or material to be cut onto the bed of the machine, aligning it with the backgauge for precise positioning.

Setting Parameters: The operator can set the desired cutting length and other parameters on the control panel if the machine is equipped with such features.

Shearing Action: When the operator activates the machine, the upper blade descends in a straight vertical motion and cuts through the material, guided by the fixed lower blade. The shearing action is fast and efficient, resulting in a clean, straight edge.

Removed Material: The cut piece falls away from the rest of the material, and the operator can remove it for further processing or use.

● X axis(Backgauge) and cutting time can be programmed by E21S system controller, which can store up to 40 groups of programs.

● Cutting angle can be adjusted by CNC controller, Blade gap can be motorized controlled.

● Hydraulic overload can be protected by overflow valve, knife rack returns by Nitrogen cylinders.

● Foot switch with emergency button can stop the machine immediately when accident happens.

● Adjusting knife gap between upper and bottom blades can achieve better cutting performance.

● Front arms with ruler and roll balls can ensure the cutting accuracy and feed the material easily.
