The main motor generates power to drive the flywheel, and the clutch drives the gear, crankshaft (or eccentric gear), connecting rod, etc., to achieve the linear motion of the slider. The movement from the main motor to the connecting rod is circular. Between the connecting rod and the sliding block, there needs to be a transition point for circular motion and linear motion. There are roughly two mechanisms in its design, one is ball type, the other is pin type (cylindrical type), through which circular motion Converted into linear motion of the slider. The punch presses the material to deform it plastically to obtain the required shape and accuracy. Therefore, it must be matched with a set of molds (upper and lower molds), the material is placed in between, and the machine applies pressure to deform it, The reaction force caused by the force applied to the material during processing is absorbed by the punch machine body.

Feeding accuracy:

It depends on the number of revolutions and the length of the feed. Generally, the accuracy is 0.05mm. If the guide pin is used for positioning, and the accuracy of ±0.01mm can be obtained. Four characteristics of the combination:

One-way bearing

Embedded with super hard and gold, and matched with roller bearings, it has abrasion resistance, stability, high precision, and long life. The gears are heat-treated HRC60’ and then precision ground to achieve high transmission accuracy.

Scroll wheel

It adopts hollow type, lightweight, small rotation inertia, and can stop immediately to ensure high feeding accuracy.

After heat treatment, HR60’ chrome plating, and precision grinding, it has high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and long life.

Disc brake

The high-grade clutch is used to make the two sides of the plate completely contact, with long life, good stability, and high precision.

Reverse device

(1) The structure is the same as the one-way device. It is believed that the control of the lower wheel in the scenic spot will not cause the lower wheel to regress after a long time of use. Stability and precision are quite high.

(2) The brake failure does not cause the lower wheel to reverse and the feed distance is not accurate due to the residual oil splashed during punching.

(3) It is not easy to produce high heat.

(4) With super hard alloy and roller, it is not easy to wear.

(5) The action method is the circular motion of the rollers, rather than the linear motion of 4 guideposts because there will be no seizure.

(6) The friction is small, the required transmission torque is relatively reduced, and the transmission mechanism is less likely to be damaged.

(7) The speed can be up to 30 m/min if there are accessories for the reverse device, generally, 20 m/min, which increases the efficiency by 50%.
