Filling the oil tank with anti-wear hydraulic oil.
No less than 2/3 of the Oil Volume Level.
Connect the machine to the power source. And connect to a 3-phase power source.

Test the Z2-axis running.
Test the crowning system running. (A1-axis means V-axis.)
On the Punches and Dies List page, check the tooling parameters.
Measure the tooling to compare with the data.
On the Programming List page, add a new bending program.
Input the sheet width.
Input the sheet thickness.
Make Measures to be 0, which is the outer dimensions.
Choose the Material.
Make the program to be numerical.
Choose the punch and die.
Enter into the Editor page after confirmation.
Input the bending length and angle.
Add the second bending step.
Input the bending length and angle again.
Import the program name and save.
Start bending on the Automatic page.
Place the metal sheet. The sheet will touch the stop fingers.
Step the pedal.
Complete Step 1.
Press the pedal. And complete Step 2.
Measure the first bending distance.
Measure the second bending distance.
Using the angle ruler and measure the bending angles in two positions: left and right.
Error found. One side is measured at 91°.
Enter the calibration parameters -1.
Bend again for testing.
Measure again.
It is correct now.
Graphic Programme.
On the Programming List page, add a new bending program. And set the parameters as above.
Generate the final bending program from the graph.
On the Editor page, click Calculate.
Click the Optimize.
Click the Simulate.
Click Continue until the bending is finished.

On the Automatic page, click on the icon in the lower right corner.
Choose the Extrusion Viewer.
Click the First Bend.
Click the Start.
Step the pedal switch to lower the punch against the die.
Press the emergency stop buttons.
Turn off the power switch.
