How to adjust the blade cutting clearance manually for your shearing machine

Loosen the screws which are fixed on the blade

Step the foot switch and let the upper beam come down to the right position.

Put the feeler gauge between upper and bottom blades and adjust left blade clearance up to 0.5mm

Lower down the upper blade until the both blades middle areas are at the same level

Put the feeler gauge between upper and bottom blades and adjust middle blade clearance up to 0.5mm

Lower down the upper blade until the both blades right areas are at the same level

Put the feeler gauge between upper and bottom blades and adjust right blade clearance up to 0.5mm

Put the feeler gauge between both blades and move it from left to right to check the blade clearance and do some fine adjustment if somewhere is not right.
