Action failure:

The reason:

Electrical wiring is not secure or wrong.

⒈Control mailbox pressure is insufficient.

⒉The mailbox is not enough.


Method of exclusion:

⒈Check the electrical.

⒉Appropriately increase the control oil pressure to 1.5MPa.

⒊Add oil.


Slider crawling:

The reason:

⒈Accumulate air or pump in the system.

⒉Improper adjustment of precision or lack of oil in the column.


Method of exclusion:

⒈Check if the pump suction pipe is in the air, then move up and down several times and pressurize.

⒉Add oil to the column and readjust the accuracy.


●The slider is pressed at a slow speed:

The reason:

⒈Supporting power is too large.

Method of exclusion:

⒈Adjust the back pressure valve so that the upper chamber is not pressurized, the maximum is not more than 1MPa.


●Seriously slipped under the slider after parking:

The reason:

⒈The notch seal ring leaks.

⒉The pressure valve adjusts the pressure or the valve port is not strict.

Method of exclusion:

⒈Observe the gap and find that the oil leakage should be replaced;

⒉Adjust the pressure check valve port.


●The pressure gauge pointer swings badly:

The reason:

⒈There is air in the pressure gauge oil circuit.

⒉Pipeline mechanical vibration.

⒊Pressure gauge damage.

Method of exclusion:

⒈Loosen the pipe joint slightly when pressing up, deflate.

⒉Catch the pipe.

⒊ Replace the pressure gauge.


●High pressure stroke speed is not enough, the pressure is slow.

The reason:

⒈The high pressure pump flow rate is too small.

⒉Pump wear or burn.

⒊The system is leaking seriously.

Method of exclusion:

⒈Adjust according to the instructions of the pump. The pump eccentricity can be adjusted to 5 grids at 25MPa.

⒉If the leakage of the pump return port is large, the inspection should be removed.

⒊First check if the filling valve is closed and then check whether the seals of each component are damaged.


●The pressure drop is too fast when holding pressure.

The reason:

⒈The valve ports involved in the pressure keeping are not strict or the pipeline leaks oil.

⒉The seal inside the cylinder is damaged.

Method of exclusion:

⒈Check the filling valve, the pressure and pressure relief valve sealing and research.

⒉Replace the seal ring.
