  Selection of bending die for bending machine

  First, the bending machine die is composed of four parts: upper die, lower die, guide rail and die base. The angle is divided into three degrees (88 degrees, 90 degrees and 30 degrees) except for special moulds.

  Mold seat part: single slot die seat and double slot die seat. Double slot low duty station (55cm) medium station (75cm) high station (135cm) three kinds.

  Two, different materials are different because of the different structure of the material, and the tools used are different. The acid and alkali resistance, tensile strength, material hardness, tensile coefficient and plasticity are different. Die selection can be based on machine pressure, structure, material, workpiece size, process requirements, surface treatment and other reasonable choice. In general, the width of the notch of the die can be 5-6 times that of the material, not less than 4 times, and not more than 8 times. The notch of the lower die for stainless steel is 6-8 times the thickness of the material, not less than 5 times. For aluminum and copper, the notch of the lower die can be 8-10 times the thickness of the material.

  Three, the selection of the upper die is based on the work piece's avoidance, avoiding the nail, avoiding the nut and other structures. The workpiece can choose the machete or the left and right ear knives when the work is left and right, and the special mold can be used.

  According to the shape of the workpiece, the lower die is selected to install the lower die or the lower die, which is mainly used for avoiding position and avoiding nails. When the size of the workpiece is smaller than the conventional size, the size of the V slot can be completed by the method of the lower die eccentricity on the premise of safe production, and the reasonable eccentricity is 1/4 of the width of the slot.

  When the ratio of V groove to material thickness is 6 times, the deployment size of a unit (1mm) workpiece should be increased or decreased by 0.10mm for each increase or decrease. There is no obvious change when the limit is increased to the limit.

  The selection of special mold is based on its structure shape, performance, size, appearance and the safe height of the machine, the pressure of the machine. Subsection adjustment is to adjust the size of the filling in the middle of the mold to control the size of the workpiece according to the size requirement of the workpiece segment difference.
