Punching Machine + Decoiler + Feeder: Thinner metal sheets are usually sent to the factory in coils, which requires the use of a decoiler for uncoiling, that is, the rolled metal sheets are flattened into ready-to-use metal sheets through the decoiler. Then, the flattened metal sheet is sent to a pneumatic punching machine to be punched into a T-shape through a feeder, which is convenient for subsequent processing.
Shovel Head Blanking Line:
The HARSLE shovel head blanking line is mainly responsible for punching shovel head plates. This blanking line mainly consists of a pneumatic punching machine, shovel head mold, leveling material rack, servo feeder, and coiling material rack. The sheet coils are placed on the heavy material rack and the N/C servo feeder feeds the sheet into the precision punching machine, the coil rack will automatically roll the scrap after punching, which realizes synchronized uncoiling and automatic feeding and coiling, and ensures the efficient production of the shovel head.
Punching Machine: Use a mechanical punch to shape the plate that has been processed before, press out the exact shape and angle of the shovel head, and pay special attention to the shaping of the rear side of the shovel head.
Next, use a smaller punching machine to bend the back side of the shovel head formed in the previous step into a cylindrical shape, so that it can be connected with the wooden handle later.
When using a mechanical punch to punch a trademark, it is necessary to punch out the bulge, and a small-tonnage punching machine can also be selected. Usually, a clear trademark can be punched on the surface or end of the shovel head.
Then put the pressed shovel head into a high-temperature furnace for heating, and heat the shovel head, and then put the high-temperature shovel head into cold water for half a minute. The heat treatment and quenching process increase the strength of the shovel head and make it more durable. Finally, you can choose to spray paint the shovel and bake it for five minutes to increase its beauty and service life.
Lathe: Use the lathe to make the wooden long handle of the shovel. The surface of the long handle is smooth and free of burrs, which is safer and easier to use.
Laser marking machine (CO2 marking machine): Use a marking machine to mark the middle of the wooden long handle, and the logo is clearly visible.
Bench drill: The connection between the spade head and the wooden long handle is usually fixed by steel nails, using a bench drill to make a small hole in the tail of the shovel head.
Riveting machine: The riveting machine drives the steel nails into the wooden long handle through the small hole made by the bench drill in the shovel head, and tightly connects the shovel head and the wooden long handle, so that a high-quality shovel is completed.
