Working Priciple

Shearing machine is a machine that shears a sheet by reciprocating linear motion with one blade relative to the other blade. By means of the moving upper blade and the fixed lower blade, a reasonable blade gap is applied to apply shearing force to the metal sheets of various thicknesses, so that the plates are broken and separated according to the required size.

The machine is steel plate welded frame and sliding block. The frame and sliding block is vibration to eliminate stress of welded which can keep the accuracy of the machine. The blade rack is driven by the nitrogen gas stroke cylinder which can protect the machine from excess gas load; the shearing machine work is reliability, small volume, light weight, good rigidity.

After cutting, the straightness and parallelism of the sheared surface of the sheared sheet should be ensured, and the distortion of the sheet should be minimized to obtain a high-quality workpiece. The upper blade of the shearing machine is fixed on the tool holder, and the lower blade is fixed on the work table. A support ball is mounted on the workbench so that the sheet is not scratched when it slides over it. The back gauge is used for sheet positioning and the position is adjusted by the motor. The press cylinder is used to press the sheet to prevent the sheet from moving during shearing. The guardrail is a safety device to prevent accidents. The return process is driven by nitrogen gas, the speed is fast and the impact is small.

1. Operate the shearing machine strictly in accordance with the operating regulations;

2. Before starting the machine, add lubricating oil regularly, fixedly and quantitatively according to the requirements of the lubrication chart. The oil should be clean and free of precipitation;

3. The shearing machine must always be kept clean, and the unpainted parts should be protected by the grease against the rust;

4. The lubricating oil in the motor bearings should be replaced and refilled regularly, and the electrical parts should be regularly checked for normal, safe and reliable operation;

5. Regularly check whether the V-belt, handle, knob, and keys are damaged. If they are seriously worn, they should be replaced in time and get spare parts for backup;

6. Regularly check and repair the switch, button, handle, and ensure its reliable operation;

7. Lubricate and clean the shearing machine 10 minutes before every working day is over;

8. It is strictly forbidden for non-designated personnel to operate the equipment. Normally, the machine should be power off once the operator is not beside the shearing machine .

Operation Tips

Shearing machine is a kind of cutting equipment which is widely used in machining field. It can cut steel plate materials of various thicknesses. Normal shears are divided into three types: flat shear, roller shear and vibration shear. Flat shears are widely used. when the Shearing machines with cutting thickness less than 10mm mostly use mechanical transmission, when the thickness is more than 10mm, hydraulic transmission is widely sued. Generally, the metal is cut by single or continuous operation with foot pedal or button operation. The following tips should be paid attention to when operating the shears:

1. Before working, carefully check whether the parts of the shear are normal, whether the electrical equipment is intact, and whether the lubrication system is well; remove tools, measuring tools and other debris and corner waste placed on the table and around it.

2. Do not operate the shearing machine by one person alone. It should be coordinated by 2-3 people for feeding, controlling dimensional accuracy and retrieving, etc., and be determined to be under the command of one person.

3. Adjust the shearing clearance of the cutting angle according to the specified shearing thickness. It is not allowed to cut two kinds of sheets with different specifications and different materials at the same time; Sheared sheets require a smooth edge, not allowing narrower sheets that cannot be compacted.

4. The belt, flywheel, gear and shaft and other moving parts of the shears must be installed with protective covers.

5. The finger fed by the operator of the shear should be kept at a distance of at least 200mm away from the scissors opening and away from the pressing device. The protective fence placed on the shear trigger cannot block the operator's eyes and cannot see the cut part. The waste generated after the operation has edges and corners, and the operator should remove it in time to prevent stab wounds and cuts.

6. The flywheel, gear, shaft, tape and other moving parts of the shear should be equipped with protective covers.

7. Place a fence to prevent the operator's hand from entering the falling area of the scissors. It is strictly forbidden to pick up waste on the ground during work to avoid being injured by falling workpieces.

8. Can not cut the quenched and quenched material, and never allow cutting beyond the working capacity of the shear.
