Sometimes when we use the NC torsion-bar hydraulic press brake machine, we will come across such problem, both cylinders stroke on the machine are different, if we want to use the machine proporly, we need to set both cylinder strokes some, today, we will share the steps how to ajust the cylinders strokes manually.
Step 1: Loosen the one side of the screws on the connection rod
Step 2: Rotate the connection rod and keep both cylinder strokes same
Step 3: Fasten the screws and test the machine, if there is some difference on the strokes, we can follow the abrove steps again until both strokes will be same.
