Recently, HARSLE's senior engineer completed a five-day trip to Thailand and returned to Ningbo smoothly. The purpose of this trip was to assist clients with the installation and testing of the hydraulic press, as well as provide guidance on usage and maintenance. The entire process went very smoothly, and the clients were highly satisfied, giving high praise to the machines and engineers from HARSLE.
The Thai client approached us and placed an order as early as mid-2022. Although it was their first time purchasing machines from our company, their factory was already well-established and running smoothly for a long time. This purchase was intended to add new equipment to the factory to develop new products and enhance productivity. Before purchasing our hydraulic press, the client conducted online inspections of multiple factories, and also sought assistance from their previous machine supplier in finding a suitable hydraulic press. After extensive discussions, they finalized HARSLE as their supplier for the new machine.
Ultimately, they decided to purchase the Y32-500T hydraulic press, customizing it according to their requirements for the opening height, stroke range, and worktable size. They also added a servo pump control for pressure and stroke control, integrated photoelectric protection devices, upgraded the control panel to a touchscreen interface, and relocated the hydraulic station to the left side of the machine.
Subsequently, a significant amount of time was spent on machine production, client factory expansion, and payment processes, causing the machine shipment to occur towards the end of the year. Fortunately, due to Thailand's proximity, the machine arrived at the client's factory smoothly before the New Year. Now, it is awaiting the official start of production after the new year.
Due to their prior experience with sheet metal machinery, the client had some understanding of hydraulic presses. Therefore, their original plan was to receive video guidance from us and proceed with self-installation and operation. However, coincidentally, the timing aligned with the implementation of an open policy, making international travel more convenient. To ensure optimal use of the hydraulic press, both parties decided, after mutual consultation, to arrange for an engineer to visit the client's site for installation, testing, and guidance.
Since the Y32-500T hydraulic press was not equipped with a bottom cylinder as per the customer's request, the customer had previously constructed a platform approximately ten centimeters off the ground for the hydraulic press. With the collaboration between the engineer and the client's team, the installation of the hydraulic press went smoothly. The machine was then set up with the hydraulic press molds purchased locally by the client for machine debugging and workpiece pressing. The engineer also provided the client with maintenance and repair guidelines for the machine.
