2. Expand the sample. On the basis of understanding the drawings of sheet metal parts, the material type, structural characteristics, shape and size requirements of the sheet metal components should be analyzed and selected based on the manufacturing process, and the necessary process should be carried out after appropriate process treatment of the processed components. Calculation and expansion, so as to obtain the expansion diagram, expansion data, marking or inspection template of all or part of the parts accurately drawn at a 1:1 scale required in the product manufacturing process.
