Precautions for use.

●Before running the bending machine, the tools used must be matched with the control program.

●Always turn off the bending machine after work.


Two ways to turn off the bending machine.

●Close the machine to the middle of the bottom dead center, that is, move the slider to the center of the bottom dead center, turn off the main motor, adjust the operation switch to “0”, and adjust the main switch to “0”.

●Close the bending machine with two pieces of wood of the same height, place the two pieces of wood on the workbench and adjust the running mode selection button to "2"; wait until the bending machine is closed, manually pull down the slider until it can be accessed Woodblock; then adjust the running mode selection button to “0”; finally, the main switch is adjusted to “0”.


Use the emergency stop button.

●When the emergency stop button is used, all axes and pumps will stop, but the control system will not be closed, and the machine needs to be restarted.

●To restart the machine, first, release the emergency stop button and press the green button to run the machine.

●There is no need to reset the upper and lower mode parameters.


Bending machine maintenance.

●It is recommended that the staff need to have certain experience when maintaining and repairing the bending machine, and carefully read the operation manual of the required bending machine.

●The machine operator needs to check the machine every day to avoid oil leakage or loose parts of the machine.

●If it is not possible to solve the machine failure by yourself, it is recommended to contact the professional bending machine repair company for maintenance.


Maintenance of the bending machine components.

●Check the rails once a week and oil.

●The back gauge is oiled.

●Check the tightness of the conveyor belt.

●Wipe the dashboard and check the drive section.

●Clean the mold and check for damage.


Maintenance of the hydraulic system.

Add hydraulic oil precautions.

●Check the hydraulic oil every day. When the slider moves to the highest point, observe the hydraulic oil position. If the hydraulic oil is insufficient, please refuel in time.

●You can first add 10% oil to the hydraulic tank to complete the single cycle of hydraulic oil. In doing so, not only can the volume of the fuel tank be calculated, but also the cycle frequency of the hydraulic pump can be calculated.

●When the slider reaches the top dead center, add hydraulic oil to the middle of the oil level gauge.


High power oil filter.

●After working for 200 hours in the bending machine, the filter element should be replaced first, and then every six months or 1000 hours after work, or the yellow indicator light of the replacement filter element is illuminated, and then replaced. A filter with a filtration accuracy of 10U is required. After replacing the filter element, the press brake must work continuously for more than one hour.


Back gauge.

●If the purchased bending machine has no automatic positioning function of the back gauge, it is recommended to check the starting position of all the axes once a week.

●Check the function of the bending machine.

●Check the measuring system of the bending machine.

●Check the machine adjustable part.

●Check the sensor, slider, back gauge, upper and lower mold.
