This Paper represents the work implemented in designing, fabricating and operating a model of a cheap hydraulic deep drawing machine (DDM), which is currently utilized in the manufacturing processes lab in the Industrial Engineering Department (IED) at An-Najah National University.

According to the trajectory of the tool holder, the hydraulic shearing machine can be divided into two categories: hydraulic pendulum shearing machine and hydraulic gate shearing machine.

When cutting metal, the tool cuts into the workpiece, and the tool angle is an important parameter used to determine the geometry of the cutting part of the tool.

Sheet metal bending is the manufacturing process by which most enclosures, electrical boxes, brackets and components are formed through the use of a machine known as a CNC press brake. (Panel Bending machines can also be used, although their operation is outside the scope of this feature.)

The process of bending a blank into a certain angle or a certain shape with mechanical equipment and tools is called mechanical bending. According to the different types of bending equipment and processed materials, mechanical bending can be divided into sheet metal stamping and bending
