Mr. Boris is our customer in Bulgaria, he brought HARSLE WC67K-100T/3200 in 2019. Recently he contacted us as there was a problem with his machine: “the machine motor doesn’t want to start, - the motor controller is displaying probably an error” he said so. 

Our after-sale service team checked the photos and replied to Mr. Boris with two possible reasons and also accordingly solutions, we also sent him the photo and marked it clearly to help. The problem with thermal protection was solved quickly.
