That situation exists in a variety of possibilities, in the case of excluding the existence of wear and tear of the mold and the scale has loosened, we can adjust the Y1 & Y2 reference points to solve the problem, the following details are on how to adjust the Y1 & Y2 reference points in the DELEM system.


Click the Lock Icon on the System.

Enter the Password -25789.

Tap the Middle Item of the Floating Icon.

Click Feedback and the Y1&Y2 Reference Points Appear in the Interface.

We have to adjust the Y1&Y2 reference point according to the actual use. Y1 indicates the left side, and Y2 indicates the right side. The number increases and the bending angle will also increase, the number decreases and the bending angle will decrease, about 0.07mm for 1 degree. 


For example, the workpiece sets to be 90 degrees, but the actual result is 90 degrees on the left side, and 91 degrees on the right side, so the right angle needs to be reduced by 1 degree, then we need to adjust the Y2 reference, and the right value should be the old value minus 0.07mm. Bending test again to adjust until the final result meets the requirements.
