Features
The Auto Front Feeding Table is used in conjunction with the CNC Hydraulic Shearing Machine and is mainly used for plate shearing. It can achieve automatic programming, automatic positioning, automatic feeding, automatic return and other shearing functions and effects of the CNC shearing machine. The control system adopts advanced servo numerical control system, which is flexible and convenient to operate; it can realize automatic conversion of AutoCAD graphics to processing programs, comes with mould library management, realizes automatic repositioning of plates, can realize one-key operation, breakpoint processing, piece counting display, simulation display of processing trajectory, equipment empty operation diagnosis and other functions. The equipment has a number of automatic protection functions to avoid damage to the equipment and prevent injury to the operator. The system has an automatic tool search function and displays cutting time, machining volume and tool life (number of cuts).
