Bending

The bending series is the main item of our company. In addition to the common twist axis bending machines and high-grade electro-hydraulic bending machines, we also have more energy-saving oil-electric hybrid bending machines, super large double machine linkage bending machines and so on. Regardless of the type of bending machine, as long as HARSLE production are the whole machine using steel plate welding structure, ANSYS stress analysis software to ensure the stability and accuracy of the machine. Stable body construction, different tooling options and the highest safety standards guarantee the high quality of the bending machines.

Shearing

The shearing series is an inevitable part of sheet metal processing, from the pre-treatment of the sheet to the beautification of the finished product, which requires the cooperation of shearing machines. HARSLE not only offers conventional gate shears, pendulum shears and electric shears, but can also be equipped with various intelligent systems, and the machine itself can be equipped with a variety of accessories such as front feed and rear pallets to increase the efficiency of the machine. The upper and lower blades have four cutters each and are made of 6CrW2Si for precise shearing and long life.

Forming

Forming series is mainly hydraulic presses, there are many kinds of hydraulic presses, including Y27 single-action hydraulic press, Y32 four-column hydraulic press, Y41 single-column hydraulic press, YL gantry hydraulic press, YM door frame embossing machine and so on. The hydraulic presses produced by HARSLE are simple in structure but high in performance to price ratio. Hydraulic control system equipped with cartridge valve integral unit, durable and small hydraulic shock. Independent electrical control, reliable performance, good visual and audio effects, easy maintenance. Machines are available in full customised designs.

Punching

The Punching range is a series of machines based on punching machines, from the home useable combination punching and shearing machines to the common J23 mechanical punching machine, JE23 tiltable punching machine, J21S deep throat punching machine to the more efficient and precise JH21 pneumatic punching machine and finally to the powerful turret punching machine, HARSLE has everything. All machines are made of fine steel plate welded body, tempered or damped and polished for rigidity, precision and stability. The internal components are top of the range and are built to last.

Laser

Laser series is a popular product recently. Laser cutting machines can be made into open or closed types according to customer's needs, also can be added to the exchange table and cutting tube function; other laser products are laser welding machines, laser marking machines and so on. HARSLE's laser cutting machine is equipped with a gantry type work table, which is rigid, high precision and smooth running. The universal roller device on the work table can easily feed and process the workpiece.

Tooling

Some customers think of press brake tooling as a secondary accessory in sheet metal bending, but the opposite is true. Although bending machines have developed into multi-axis, high-precision machines with self-stabilisation, it is the tooling that actually touches the workpiece during the bending process, and this requires HARSLE tooling that is both high-precision and high-quality. Customers can choose different dies to suit their needs before sectioning, and a wide range of clamps and related accessories are available.

Door

The metal door production line has always been one of the most important items in HARSLE's business. We will customise all the machines for the whole production line according to the customer's needs, from the most important hydraulic press for pressing metal door panels to the smallest intelligent door locks for the finished security doors.
