Loading and unloading a press brake machine into a shipping container requires careful planning, proper equipment, and safety precautions. Here's a general guide on how to do it:
Loading the Press Brake into the Container:
Lifting the press brake with a crane with the appropriate capacity.
Put removable supports or even smooth pieces of iron inside the container in advance.
Lift the press brake to the container opening and place it on the removable unit with the aid of a forklift truck.
Disengage the crane.
After placing removable devices or smooth pieces of iron on all four legs of the machine, the machine is pushed into the container with a forklift.
Remove the removable units.
Use sturdy straps, chains, or slings to secure the machine during the lifting and transportation process.
Unloading the Press Brake from the Container:
Remove all the fixing elements on the machine.
The removable support is placed under the four support points of the machine using a lifting device.
Pull the machine out.
Use the same forklift or crane to lift and carefully remove the press brake machine from the container.
